变圆心角增量等步长椭圆插补算法

摘    要:椭圆插补算法是椭圆轮廓数控加工的关键技术.文章从椭圆的参数方程出发,运用数据采样插补算法的基本原理,通过改变插补过程中每一个插补周期所走过的圆心角增量来保证轮廓步长的稳定,利用椭圆参数方程来保证插补点始终位于椭圆轮廓上,研究得出变圆心角增量等步长椭圆插补算法.该算法运算简单,插补精度高,能保证加工时进给速度的稳定.

Abstract:Interpolation algorithm of ellipse is the key technology of the elliptic contour NC machining.The author researched and obtained the variable center angle increment and equal step length interpolation algorithm of ellipse based on elliptic parameter equation,by using the fundamental of data sampling interpolation algorithm,by altering center angle increment moved during every interpolation cycle in interpolation process for the guarantee of contour step length stabilized,and by using elliptic parameter equation to guarantee that every interpolation point is located at elliptic contour.The interpolation algorithm is simple,accurate and steady in feeding during machining.
