| 摘 要： | 阐述了高职教育和高职人才在国民经济建设、社会发展以及湖南经济腾飞、加快工业化进程的重要作用。分析了产学研相结合在湖南高职教育培养高职人才的现状。迫切需要性、基本对策与措施，并提出了湖南高职教育产学研相结合的基地模式、合作模式、集团模式。

| Abstract: | The role played by higher vocational education and higher vocational talents in national economy construction, social development as well as Hunan economy improvement and the speed of industrialization are discussed. The status quo of the combination of production, study and research of Hunan higher vocational education are analyzed. The necessity, countermeasures and base model, cooperative model as well as group model of the combination are put forward. |
