铸造铅钙合金锭的开发

摘    要:介绍了铅钙合金的特性、生产工艺和需要解决的几个问题;确定了用掺熔配法生产铅钙中间合金,该法操作简单、能耗和污染少、成本低,易投入工业化生产。实践证明铅钙合金是生产免维护密封蓄电池板栅材料的较佳合金。

Abstract:The features, production process and problems related to the production of Pb-Ca alloy were described. The alloy was produced through making up of the composition with Pb-Ca master alloy. The process is simple, energy saving, low in cost, less polluting to the environment and easy to be adopted in commercial production. It is proven through experimentation that the alloy is a good alloy for making the grids of the batteries which require no maintenance.
