摘    要:研究了人发中微量元素锌的火焰原子吸收光谱测量方法,采用微波消解和HNO3、HClO3混合酸消解的方法对发样进行消化处理,再用火焰原子吸收光谱法来测定发样中锌的含量.结果表明,火焰原子吸收光谱法操作简单,灵敏度高,微波消解方法测量结果偏低.

Abstract:The method of determining the trace element zinc in human hair using the FAAS is studied.The experiment uses two methods of digestion to hair samples,they are microwave digestion and general digestion involving HNO3 and HCLO4.Then FAAS is used to test the zinc content of hair samples.The result shows this determination simple operation and high sensitivity,and the datas of microwave digestion is smaller.
