| Abstract: | The relationship of parent subsidiary is a ubiquitous problem in group companies operations. In the paper,it is elaborated how Baotou Steel （Group） Corporation establishes the systems of modern enterprise and parent subsidiary. Through a series of monitoring, parent company plays the core superiorities, as well as resources and capabilities can be allocated reasonably. |
