摘    要:分析了妈湾发电总厂轴流一次风机失速情况,在DCS系统中采取失速预警、失速前预处理、失速判别及失速后设备联锁动作等措施,可以有效地减少由于热力系统缺陷导致风机失速的几率,同时可以减轻风机失速对机组运行的影响。

Abstract:By analyzing the stall failure of axial flow primary air fan in Mawan General Power Plant,it was found that the probability of stall caused by defects lying in the thermal system can be effectively reduced by taking countermeasures to the DCS system,such as pre-alarming of stall,pre-handling before stall,diagnosis of stall and interlocking action of relevant equipment after stall etc,these measures can simultaneously minimize the influence of air fan stall on operation of the power unit.
