| Abstract: | Thiourea ultraviolet method is generally considered to be the most concise and effective method of measuring the thioglucoside in the rape cake. If the condition of testing and quality of operation are not controlled strictly in the course of measuring and operating the quantitative results will be inaccurat, and even the whole experimental result will be distorfed. This text plans to analyse and discuss some questions of operation, in order to raise the rate of accuracy of the test result in testing. |
