| 摘 要： | WSA冷凝器是低浓度SO2制酸系统中的关键设备,由于工况的变化导致该设备损坏,影响系统的正常运转.株冶通过对实际工况参数进行分析,对相关材质考察论证,成功地实现了该设备主要零部件的国产化,并进行了优化改进.

| Abstract: | The WSA condenser is a key equipment in the acid-making system with off-gas at low SO2,and damage of this equipment due to change of operating conditions would affect normal operation of the system.After analysis of parameters in actual operating mode and exploration and verification of relevant materials,Zhuzhou Smelter has succeeded in localization and optimization of main components of the said equipment. |
