| 摘 要： | 分析了业主与经理建设信用的流程，定义了双方的信用变量，建立了信用评价和信用投入决策模型，解释了双方的信用投入、信用评价、信用期望效用三者之间的关系，指出业主与经理信用投入的依据是双方的信用评价函数和各自的信用期望效用，各自的信用行为决策是独立的，信用建设是互动的，是周期性循环渐进的。

| Abstract: | This article analyses credit circulation between the two very important sides of the company: the owner and their manager. We define the credit variables of both sides, sets up credit appraise and invest decision model, explains relations of credit invest, credit appraise and credit expected utility. The article points out that the basis of credit invest are credit appraises function and credit expected utility of both sides, and each side's decision on credit behavior is inde- pendent, their credit construction is inter-dynamic and Periodic return is progressive. |
