无黏结剂沸石分子筛的制备和应用进展

摘    要:对无黏结剂沸石分子筛的制备和应用进展进行了综述,介绍了无黏结剂沸石分子筛的3种制备方法:液固相转化法、气固相转化法和组装成型法,概述了无黏结剂沸石分子筛在吸附分离、离子交换、催化反应以及生物大分子分离等领域的应用状况,探讨了今后无黏结剂沸石分子筛在优化制备工艺、改善机械强度、拓展应用和提高性能等方面的研究重点。

Abstract:Zeolite molecular sieves,without any kind of inert binder,have high zeolite molecular sieve content and possess excellent physical and chemical properties.The development in preparation and application of binderless zeolite molecular sieves was reviewed.Three methods of their preparation including liquid-solid transformation,gas-solid transformation and assembly method,were introduced.Application of binderless zeolite molecular sieves in adsorption,separation,ion exchange,catalysis,and purification of biological macromolecules were discussed.Furthermore,researches in optimization of preparation process,enhancement of their mechanical strength,broadening of application field and improvement of their performance were emphasized.
