基于知识的参数化设计层次模型

摘    要:提出一种融合知识的参数化设计层次模型,以解决系列化产品大量重复设计问题.首先,在分析计算机辅助产品设计现状的基础上,提出以行业知识表示为核心的模型框架;然后,对构成模型的各个层次模型及层次间的结合等问题进行详细讨论,提出融合行业知识的设计特征、行业知识的三元组统一描述方法以及基于知识的装配等概念;最后,结合压力机产品主传动系统的设计,给出了模型实现的实例.

Abstract:To avoid repetitive work in the design of serial products, a knowledge-based hierarchical model along with its realization framework is presented to facilitate parametric design Different levels of sub-models and their interrelationships are discussed in detail, and some key measures, such as establishing design features to incorporate domain knowledge, using tri-tuple to uniformly describe domain knowledge, and applying knowledge to guide assembling processes are introduced An example of designing power transmission gear system of mechanical press is provided to illustrate the realization of hierarchical model in practice
