含砷、锑难处理金精矿提金工艺研究

摘    要:某含砷、锑金精矿直接氰化金浸出率仅42.79%,采用常规焙烧—氰化工艺金浸出率仅48.22%,而采用碱浸—两段焙烧—磨矿—氰化工艺金浸出率达到了86.3%。同时锑脱除率达到了96.6%,也可作为产品外售。

Abstract:The gold extraction recovery from refractory gold concentrate with As and Sb content using cyanide leaching process is only 42.79%, and it can be raised to 48.22% using roasting-cyandiation process. The gold recovery can be improved further to 86.3% by antimony removing with sodium sulfide, followed by roasting, milling and cyanide leaching process, while antimony removal rate reached to 96.6%, antimony can be sold as by-product.
