细旦高强涤纶生产工艺的优化

摘    要:用国产纤维级聚酯切片 ,在常规纺丝设备上生产细旦涤纶高强丝 ,讨论了纺丝温度、喷丝板、纺丝组件、拉伸工艺对细旦丝生产的影响 ,并用正交试验法对拉伸工艺条件进行优选 ,采用优选工艺生产出的细旦高强涤纶长丝强度大于 6 c N/dtex,产品一等品率达 80 %以上。

Abstract:High tenacity fine denier polyester filament was produced on standard spinning machine using fiber grade polyester chip made in China. The effect of spinning temperature, spinneret, spinneret pack and drawing condition on the production was studied. The drawing technology was optimized using orthogonal design.The tenacity of this high tenacity fine denier polyester filament was higher than 6 cN/dtex and the rate of first grade product was over 80%.
