摘    要:针对某电厂300 MW机组冷一次双吸离心风机在调试期间出现配套电机电流特性异常的问题,从风机预旋机理出发,分析了由于将入口调节挡板旋向装反造成的电机电流特性异常情况。将风机挡板旋向调整为与风机叶轮旋向一致后,电机特性恢复了正常。

Abstract:Based on the prerotation mechanism of air fans,an analysis was made on the abnormal current characteristics of a motor matching for a double-sided centrifugal type primary air fan of a 300 MW unit during commissioning.The trouble was found to be caused by inversely installed inlet air damper.By turning the rotation of the damper into same direction as the air fan wheel,current characteristics of the motor get right.
