摘    要:介绍了S&W超选择性裂解炉分区裂解改造的情况,包括分区裂解炉的运行情况、对后系统的影响、对产品收率的影响、投用过程存在的问题及处理。指出分区裂解能提高装置的生产能力,而产品的收率基本不变。

Abstract:The paper describes the revamping of S&W' s ultra - selective furnace and its current running situation. The effects on downstream system and yield are discussed. In addition, the existing problems and its countermeasures are commented when the split - cracking furnace was initially put into use. It points out that split - cracking can enhance the capacity of the ethylene plant and ethylene yield is not be affected obviously.
