| 摘 要： | 通过对盘状类零件的钻孔加工进行分析,设计出通用钻孔夹具,通过对夹具精度分析,证实了应用夹具钻孔,能够满足精度要求,使得该夹具既能固定,又能旋转,而且操作方便,适合不同直径盘状类零件的使用,并使钻孔质量得到保证,使零件具有互换性.

| Abstract: | Aiming to drill joining hole on the flange parts,a general drilling jig is designed after the analysis for the flange parts processing.The jig precision is evaluated to testify that it can meet the design required by drill with the jig.It can both fixed and rotate,and convenient operation,and suitable for flange parts with different diameters.It also keeps the drill quality consistent and makes the parts freely interchangeable. |
