便携式蓄电池参数测试仪的设计与实现

在整组蓄电池放电过程中,决定电池组供电时间的瓶颈因素是电池组中的容量最小电池的容量,因此及时检测并处理电池组中最小容量电池(劣化电池)是关系到备用电源能否安全正常供电的关键因素.设计中以单片机AT89S52为控制核心,通过大电流放电法来测试蓄电池的有效容量,找到劣化电池,并能记录实时多组电池测量数据,具有"虚拟电池"功能,确保电池组更长的供电时间,可以实现自动检测和充、放电维护,在异地修改和测控成为可能.

In the whole accumulator discharge process,the bottleneck factor that decides the battery set power supply time is the capacity within the battery set the capacity of the minimum battery,so examine in time and handle the minimum capacity battery(inferior turn battery) in the battery set is relate to and can be safe to providing for use power supply normally power supply of key factor.Design medium with single-clip AT89S52 for control core,through a big electric discharge to test the valid capacity of the accumulator,find out inferior battery,and can record several battery data's online,have "virtual battery" function,insure the battery set power supply time longer,can realize auto examination and charge,turn on electricity a maintenance,to make modify and control possible in the long-distance.
