轴承钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率的研究

摘    要:研究了轴承钢碳化物及晶粒细化对轴承钢疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明;细化轴承钢中的碳化物可以使其疲劳裂纹扩展速率下降,而同时细化轴承钢中的碳化物和晶粒,会使其疲劳裂纹扩展速率下降更明显。

Abstract:The effect of fining treatment of carbide and grain on bearing steels fatigue life was investigated. The results showed that fining the grain of the bearing steel can decrease its fatigue crack, growth rate,and fining the grain and the carbide at the same time can make its fatigue crack growth rate more slowly than fining the grain only.
