| 摘 要： | 该文提出了一种面向对象的速率控制算法,对重要对象区域根据宏块运动剧烈程度分配量化步长,在控制输出速率为常数的同时,该算法能让人类视觉更敏感的运动宏块分配到更多的比特。另外该算法比以率失真模型为基础的速率控制算法具有更低的计算复杂度。从模拟实验的结果可以看出该算法能有效提高指定区域的视觉质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an object-oriented rate contr ol method is proposed.As the scheme indicates,the quantization step sizes of t he important video object field are determinded by the motion activity of the m acroblocks.While keeping the output bitrate stable,the scheme distributes mo re bits to the motion macroblocks.On the other hand,it has a lower computation al requirement than the other rate control method based on rate distortion mode l.The simulation result shows that the scheme can improve the visual quality of the specified field. |
