Superficial Discussion on Commissioning of 110 kV Beichuan Smart Substation

As the first smart substation in China,110 kV Beichuan Substation is characterized by the intelligent equipment,the digital information,the network-based connection and the advanced application functions.The focus of the analyses is the commissioning of Beichuan Smart Substation.The new equipment and new technologies which are applied to the commissioning are summarized,and the shortcomings in Beichuan Smart Substation are proposed,which can provide reference experiences for the construction and commissioning of the next smart substation.
