掺杂ZnSnO3气敏特性及实用性研究

摘    要:本文通过对ZnSnO3传感器进行各种掺杂来提高其灵敏度、选择性和工作温度.结果发现:在所有的掺杂剂中,TiO2能显著提高其灵敏度而且灵敏度是无掺杂ZnSnO3传感器的两倍多,并且最佳的掺杂量为5%mol.此外,这种掺杂ZnSnO3传感器的回复-响应时间为10S左右,足够实际应用.在有其它气体存在的情况下,这种掺杂ZnSnO3传感器仍然对乙醇具有较高的选择性.用SEM对其进行了解释.因此,掺TiO2的ZnSnO3传感器对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度并且保持较高的选择性,能够重复使用以及60h后,其灵敏度可保持稳定值.

Abstract:The sensitivity, selectivity and working temperature of zinc tin complex oxide (ZnSnO_3) ethanol sensor have been researched by doping various kinds of additives. As a result, among all these additives, titania(TiO_2) is the most suitable one from the viewpoints of sensitivity, selectivity and working temperature. The sensitivity of ZnSnO_3 with TiO_2 addition is about twice larger than the pure ZnSnO_3 and the optimum addition amount of TiO_2 is 5%. Moreover, the response and recovery time is about 10 s, which is enough for practical application. This sensor plus TiO_2 addition still has a strong selectivity to ethanol when other gases exist at the same time. The reason could be explained through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Therefore, ZnSnO_3 sensor with TiO_2 addition exhibits extremely high sensitivity to ethanol (C_2H_5OH) as well as excellent selectivity. The improved sensitivity due to TiO_2 addition is reproducible and exhibits almost constant sensitivity to C_2H_5OH(1000ppm) over a period of 60 hours.
