| 摘 要： | 建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱的测定方法检测婴儿配方乳粉中丙烯酰胺残留量。该方法经水溶解样品后,乙腈去蛋白,正己烷除去脂肪,HLB柱净化,采用电喷雾串联质谱进行定性定量测定。丙烯酰胺浓度为(1～200)ng/m L时线性良好(r>0.999),在(10～100)ng/m L水平的加标回收率为90%～110%,相对标准偏差为0.30%～6.20%,检出限为4.0μg/kg。该方法线性良好、准确度高,可满足婴儿配方乳粉中丙烯酰胺残留量测定的需要。
