摘    要:介绍4次分型的特殊点浇口自动化生产的注射模,模具能实现塑件在定模内收式相向脱模、流道废料自动切除、塑件由斜推杆与圆推杆共同推出的功能,模具中还设计了弹簧与斜导柱共同驱动的定模先抽芯机构,对类似塑件的模具结构设计具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:An automatic injection mould with non-standard mould base that parting four times and pin-point gate was presented. The mould could realize the function that the ejection with retractable slider in the fixed half of mould, the automatical removing of the runner waste, and ejecting the plastic by the ejector pin and inclined ejector pin. The core-pulling mechanism driven by the spring and the angle pin was designed in the fixed half of mould, which provided a reference for mould design of the similar plastic.
