摘    要:Vienna整流器的中点电压振荡问题会造成直流侧电容电压分布不均,导致交流侧输入电流波形畸变,开关器件承受电压不一致而损坏等问题。针对Vienna整流器中点电压不平衡的问题,研究了三电平空间矢量调制对Vienna整流器中点电压产生的影响。首先介绍了Vienna整流器的工作原理,然后分析了空间矢量对中点电压的影响,并基于SVPWM调制提出了一种中点电压波动的抑制策略。最后,搭建了15 kW实验样机,验证了所提控制策略的有效性,解决了中点电压不平衡的问题,明显改善了输入电流波形质量。

Abstract:The neutral-point voltage imbalance of the Vienna rectifier will cause the capacitor voltage distribution imbalance in DC side, which leads to the ac input current waveform distortion and inconsistent stress of switching devices and so on. In view of the Vienna rectifier neutral-point voltage imbalance, this paper studied the impact of three-level space vector modulation for the neutral-point voltage of Vienna rectifier. Firstly, the working principle of the rectifier is analyzed, and mathematical model is established under dq reference frame. And then, according to the impact of positive and negative small voltage vectors on neutral-point voltage, a neutral-point voltage fluctuation suppression strategy is proposed. In the end, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified on the laboratory prototype. This strategy solves the problem of the neutral-point voltage imbalance, and greatly improves the quality of input current waveform.
