矿井运煤系统可靠性优化研究

摘    要:对矿井运煤系统可靠性研究的案例进行分析。首先简介了矿井的概况、运煤系统的设备,建立了矿井运煤系统的可靠性框图与故障树,对矿井运煤系统可靠性数据进行分析,采用仿真软件对矿井运煤系统进行了可靠性仿真。得出了矿井运煤系统的可靠性—时间曲线,对矿井运煤系统可靠性仿真结果进行了可信性验证,最后针对矿井运煤系统可靠性不高提出了3种方案。

Abstract:The cases of mine coal transport system reliability study are analyzed.The brief situation,coal transport system equipments are introduced first,and reliability block diagram and fault tress of coal transport system are established,and reliability stimulation is completed by stimulating software,which obtains the reliability-time curve of coal transport system and the reliability stimulation results are verified as well.3 programs are proposed to enhance the coal transport system reliability.
