摘    要:铝电解槽惰性阴极是近年来的研究热点,而TiB2阴极涂层以其简单易行且具有优异的性能如电导率高、耐腐蚀性、与铝液良好的润湿性等而备受关注。本文介绍了TiB2碳胶涂层的制备方法,并以此涂层应用在工业铝电解槽上进行试验,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:Inert cathode of aluminum electrolysis cell is research focus in recent years,and TiB2 coating has been paid more attention due to its simple and outstanding performance such as high electrical conductivity,good corrosive resistance and good wettability with liquid aluminium.The preparation method of TiB2-C coating is introduced in the paper and industrial test of the coating application in aluminum electrolysis is studied as well with good results obtained.
