| 摘 要： | 在造气炉传统工艺设计基础上,采用小加氮的工艺操作方式取代大加氮操作方式,用于稳定造气炉炉温,达到稳定造气炉运行、提高单炉发气量的目的.采用小加氮操作方式之后,单炉发气量提高50～100 m3/h(标态),吨氨原料煤消耗下降20～40 kg.

| Abstract: | On the basis of conventional process design of the gasifier,the process operation mode of small-volume nitrogen addition is used to replace the operation mode of large-volume nitrogen additions so as to stabilize the temperature of the gasifier and the operation of the gasifier,and increase the gas generated in a single gasifier.After the adoption of the operation mode of small-volume nitrogen addition,the gas generated in a single gasifier increases by 50~100 m3 per hour(standard conditions),and the consumption of coal feed per ton of ammonia decreases by 20~40 kg. |
