摘    要:不锈钢除尘灰因含有大量重金属离子而对环境产生危害,属危险含铬废物,同时因含有大量镍、铬、铁等元素具有回收价值,对不锈钢除尘灰进行无害化处理及综合利用具有社会效益和经济效益.本文主要介绍了矿热炉再生利用不锈钢除尘灰的相关工艺及工艺的应用情况,为国内不锈钢除尘灰的回收处理提供思路,从而更好的促进我国不锈钢除尘灰回收技术的发展.

Abstract:Stainless steel dedusted ash is harmful to the environment for it contains a lot of heavy metal irons.Whereas it contains much valued elements such as Ni,Cr,Fe and so on.So it has great social and economic benefits to treat the dust ash harmlessly.This paper mainly introduces the application status of reducing the ash directly in submerged arc furnace to recycle the stainless steel dedusted ash.Then it provides some suggestions for the treatment of the stainless steel dedusted ash in China.
