谐波源辨识研究的现状和发展

摘    要:针对电网中正确的辨识和定位谐波源,并确定公共联接点处系统侧与用户侧的谐波责任这一电能质量研究的基础问题,介绍了谐波源的性质及其建模,叙述了谐波源辨识问题的研究现状,讨论了各种识别谐波源以及定量确定谐波责任的理论和技术方法,分析了其发展方向,提出建立一种激励机制下的谐波管理标准来治理谐波污染的必要性,并指出了该方面有待解决的问题.

Abstract:It is an important problem in power quality studies to detect harmonic source correctly in electric power networks and determine harmonic contribution of customer and utility at the point of common coupling(PCC).The character and model of harmonic source are introduced,various techniques and methods to identify harmonic source and quantify harmonic contribution of customer and supply utility at PCC are discussed.The necessity to propose an incentive-based scheme for limiting the harmonic pollution is also presented.It is found that there are still many unsolved problems in this field.
