丙二醇嵌段聚醚及其聚硅氧烷改性产物的界面性能和破乳性能

摘    要:对丙二醇嵌段聚醚进行含氢聚硅氧烷接枝改性,合成了丙二醇嵌段聚醚接枝聚硅氧烷类破乳剂,研究了它们的界面行为和破乳能力。结果表明,丙二醇嵌段聚醚接枝聚硅氧烷破乳剂比其前身物具有更好的界面性能和破乳能力。破乳剂的分子结构对其界面性能和破乳能力有较大的影响,多分支的破乳剂具有较好的破乳能力。

Abstract:Interfacial behariors and demulsification capability of propylene glycol block polyether grafting polysiloxane demulsifiers synthesized by modified propylene glycol block polyether with hydrogenmethyl dimethyl silicone were measured. The modified polysiloxane showed much imporoved interfacial behaviors and higher demulsification efficiency due to the effects originated from the molecular structure of the demulsifiers. Multi-branched demusifiers showed higher demulsification capability.
