摘    要:从理论计算和试验验证2方面探讨复合绝缘子用于500kV交直流线路耐张串的可行性。首先模拟计算耐张串复合绝缘子运行中的机械性能,即从扭转载荷、拉力和均布横向载荷、拉力和集中横向载荷3方面分析复合绝缘子用于耐张串时的静态力学性能;从断联、脱冰跳跃、舞动、动态风4方面分析复合绝缘子用于耐张串时的动态力学性能。其次,对运行中的500kV耐张串复合绝缘子进行2次综合性抽样检测。结果表明:当合理地选取耐张串并联数和复合绝缘子的额定机械强度时,500kV复合绝缘子用于耐张塔的力学性能完全满足要求;用于耐张串的复合绝缘子在运行多年后所有性能均未发生下降。

Abstract:Based on theoretical calculation and practical testing,this paper studies the feasibility of applying composite insulators to tension strings on 500 kV AC and DC transmission lines.The mechanical properties of running composite insulators for tension strings are first simulated and calculated: The static mechanical properties of composite insulators used for tension strings are analyzed from the three aspects of torsional load and tension,equispaced lateral load and tension,and lumped lateral load;the dynamic mechanical characteristics of composite insulators used for tension strings are analyzed from the four aspects of broken joint,off ice jumping,waving and dynamic wind.Furthermore,two comprehensive sampling tests on running 500 kV composite insulators for tension strings are made.The results show that the mechanical properties of 500 kV composite insulators applied to tension supports can fully meet requirements while selecting proper shunt number of tension strings and rated mechanical strength of composite insulators;all properties of composite insulators for tension strings have not declined even after years of running.
