基于有限元仿真技术的曲轴疲劳强度分析

摘    要:基于有限元仿真技术,采用Pro/E软件建立柴油机曲柄连杆机构的三维模型;在有限元分析软件Patran中,建立曲轴的有限元模型,对曲轴进行了有限元模态分析和模型降阶;在Adams中建立刚柔耦合模型并进行动力学仿真,提取载荷谱输入到Fatigue中进行了疲劳寿命计算;用名义应力法验证了基于有限元仿真技术的疲劳强度分析结果是合理的.

Abstract:A three-dimensional model for the piston-crank mechanism of a diesel engine is established in Pro/E and a finite element model for the crank is built in Patran.A modal analysis of the crank is carried out and the model is order-reduced.A rigid-flexible coupling model is built in Adams for dynamic analysis.The load spectrum from the simulation is used to calculate the fatigue life of the link in Fatigue Modular.By means of using the nominal stress method,the results of the fatigue strength analysis are verified reasonable.
