| 摘 要： | 生物医药实验室在教学、科研过程中广泛使用各种生物制品和有机溶剂，其中许多化学试剂具有毒性、腐蚀性、易燃性、致癌性、致畸性，这些物质及其废弃物对人体和周围环境都具有不同程度的危害。如果没有相应处理办法和控制措施，这些有毒有害物质则可能引发火灾，而泄漏、排放会造成更广泛的环境污染问题。实验室对于医学废物的处理要遵守国家标准，在制定和在进行生物危害性废弃物的处理、运输和废弃之前，必须参考最新版的国家相关文件。本文针对有害化学试剂使用中的防护及使用后废物的处理进行探讨，旨在为实验试剂的安全使用，控制废弃物的污染，努力探索新方法以解决实验室的安全防护和污染问题

| Abstract: | Various biological products and organic solvents are widely used in biomedicine laboratory. These materials and their wastes are often harmful to human body and environment. This paper discussed the methods for the protection of harmful chemical reagents in the process of use and the management of wastes after the use. |
