SiC粒子与钢铸渗复合界面特征分析

摘    要:采用V-EPC铸渗方法,以Q235钢为母材制备SiC粒子增强钢基表面复合材料。试验结果表明,SiC粒子的粒度对SiC/钢表面复合质量有很大的影响,虽然SiC粒子在高温钢液中存在分解现象,但通过调整SiC预制膏块组配和控制铸渗工艺参数,可以减缓或抑制SiC的分解并制备出表面平整的SiC颗粒增强钢基表面复合材料。通过金相显微镜、电子扫描电镜等对该复合材料中SiC粒子与钢基体界面结合的形态、粒子行为、界面结合机制进行分析,表明SiC粒子与钢基体的界面结合为冶金结合。

Abstract:SiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composites were prepared by V-EPC casting infiltration. The results showed that the sizes of SiC particles greatly affected the quality of SiC particles reinforced steel matrix surface composite. The serious decomposition phenomenon of SiC particles exists in high temperature liquid steel. The decomposition of SiC particles could be reduced or inhibited by adjusting the constituent of SiC preform and casting infiltration processing. The interface morphology, SiC particles behavior and mechanism of interface combination of SiC particles and steel matrix were analyzed by OM and SEM.
