超声波外测液位检测方法研究

摘    要:在工业生产中,经常需要对封闭容器内各种液体的液位进行精确检测。在分析比较目前广泛采用的超声波液位测量方法的基础上,结合现有方法的优点采用一种计算更简单、操作更方便的超声波外测液位检测法,设计以单片机为核心的超声波外测液位检测系统。通过对封闭容器内水的液位检测实验表明,该系统可靠性强,检测误差小于1mm。此外,通过修改超声波在被测液体不同温度下的传播速度表就可以测量各种液体的液位。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis and comparison of many ultrasonic liquid level measurement methods widely used currently, a simpler ultrasonic liquid level measurement on the ektexine of seal vessel was adopted, which can operate more conveniently. The system of ultrasonic liquid level measurement on ektexine of seal vessel was designed , which uses a single chip microcomputer as the core. The experiment of water level measurement on a seal vessel indicates that the system has better reliability and the measurement error is less than 1 mm. Furthermore, liquid level of various liquids could be measured by modifying the ultrasonic speed table of the liquid to be measured at different temperature.
