三嗪系列阻燃剂与氧化锑配合对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃化研究

摘    要:
系统地研究了三嗪系列阻燃剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC)、二烯丙基溴丙基异三聚氰酸酯(DABC)、二(2,3-二溴丙基)烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(DBAC)、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯(TBC)等阻燃剂与三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)配合对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃效果及其阻燃机理。氧指数(LOI)、热失重(TGA)、微分热失重(DTG)等研究表明,溴值低的DBAC、TBC和Sb2O3有协效作用,符合一般的卤-锑协同阻燃机理;而溴值高的TAIC、DABC和Sb2O3不但不具有协同效应,而且恶化原阻燃剂的阻燃效果;Sb2O3及其与三嗪系列阻燃剂配合阻燃丙烯酸系树脂,主要是发挥气相阻燃作用。

Abstract:
In this paper,triazine derivatives including triallylisocyanurate(TAIC),diallyl-dibromopropyl isocyanurate(DABC),di(2,3-dibromopropyl) allyl isocyanurate(DBAC) and tri-dibromopropyl isocyanurate(TBC),combined with antimony trioxide(Sb2O3) in the flame-retardance and its action mechanism of cured acrylic resin were studied by the measurement of limit oxygen index(LOI),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA) and differential thermogravimetry analysis(DTG).The results indicate that when TAIC and DABC with the high unsaturated value combine with Sb2O3,it hasn't the synergistic action.Even Sb2O3 deteriorates the flame retardancy of TAIC and DABC.The synergistic system of DBAC and TBC with low unsaturated value combined with Sb2O3 all show excellent flame retardancy.The synergistic system acts on by gas phase mechanism.
