分析了高校教师绩效管理流程及其各个环节的意义,探讨了绩效管理循环各个环节之间的相互依存关系,以进一步完善高校教师绩效管理体系.

Abstract:
The teachers'performance management is the key of university human resource management.The process and links of university teachers' performance management were analysed and the mutual relation between each link of university teachers' performance management circulation was probed.The aim is to further perfect the university teachers' performance management system.
