摘    要:为了适应智能电网建设安全、高效的核心要求,对继电保护系统状态评价研究进行了综述。重点关注继电保护系统的状态划分、隐藏故障的诊断方法、风险分析三方面的研究进展,分别从诊断方法、评估模型、风险评价指标与基础数据来源等方面比较了研究成果的优缺点,指出进一步研究应围绕构建继电保护状态指标、研究在线诊断技术、提出信息接口标准等方面展开。

Abstract:Being safe and highly efficient is the core requirement of the smart grid construction. This paper summarizes the studies on the state assessment of relaying protection system. The state division of relaying protection system, diagnostic methods of hidden failure and risk assessment are focused. Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of all the studies from the aspects of diagnostic methods, assessment models, indexes of risk evaluation and fundamental data source, this paper points out new indexes of relaying protection system state evaluation, real time diagnosis technology and new standard for information interface will be the main issue of research in the future.
