| 摘 要： | 介绍了以PLC为核心的卷烟配料控制系统的设计。分析了系统配料控制原理及主要功能的实现，阐述了PLC在系统中的应用及其软硬件的设计方法。实践表明，该系统在功能、性能和控制精度上达到或接近国外同类产品的先进水平，投入运行后取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The design of control system with PLC as core for cigarette confection is introduced.The elements of confection control and the realizations of main function of the system are analyzed.The application of PLC in the system and the design method of its software and hardware are discussed.The results of application show that the system functions,control performance and precision are close to the advanced level of the same kind of products of the company abroad.It gains a good economic profit after operation. |
