煤质变化对锅炉热效率影响的试验研究

摘    要:针对长源第一发电厂300 MW机组锅炉进行了煤质变化对锅炉热效率影响的试验研究,分析了煤质变化对锅炉热效率带来的影响,提出要保证该炉的热效率在90%以上,应控制入炉煤的发热量大于18 MJ/kg,并给出相应的建议。

Abstract:The experiment is studied for coal qualitative variation affecting the boiler thermal efficiency on a 300 MW unit boiler of Changyuan First Power Plant.The reasons of affecting the efficiency by coal qualitative variation are analyzed.For assuring the boiler thermal efficiency to be over 90%,the feeding coal heat value should be kept up more than 18 MJ/kg.Some correspondent suggestions are given as well.
