自学型多曲线烤烟控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一个以89S51单片机为核心、具有自学功能的多工艺曲线型烤烟控制系统。该系统能在专家的控制下在不同的环境中学习3条工艺曲线,并根据不同的情况选择不同的工艺曲线对烤烟过程进行控制。本系统采用1-WIRE总线的数字温度传感器DS18B20检测干、湿温度,采用I2C总线的实时时钟X1228做时间控制和E2PROM存储器,系统还具有RS-486总线转换接口、温湿度控制器和人机接口等电路。

Abstract:In this paper,a control system of tobacco-baking which employs 89S51 as its core and has functions of self-study and multiple technological curves is designed.This system can learn three technological curves under the control of expert in different surroundings.Then it can control bobacco-baking process by selecting technological curves according to different surroundings.In this system,temperature and humidity are measured by employing one-wire bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20,and time-control and E~2PROM memory use real-time chip X1228.The system has RS485 bus converter,temperature and humidity controller,human-machine interface circuits etc..
