摘    要:应用新型固体酸催化剂 Nafion/Si O2 作为环己醇的脱水剂 ,成功地制备了环己烯 ,并对催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等对脱水反应的影响进行了探讨 ,实验结果表明 :Nafion/Si O2 是环己醇脱水制备环己烯的良好催化剂 ,且反应时间短 ,后处理容易 ,催化剂用量少 ,可重复使用 ,收率高。脱水反应的最佳工艺条件为 :催化剂用量为环己醇质量的 8% ,反应温度为 1 70°C,反应时间为0 .8h。

Abstract:Cyclohexene is prepared by applying a novel solid acid catalyst Nafion/SiO 2 as dehydration catalyst. The effect of catalyst amount, temperature and reaction time on the dehydration reacation has been investigated. The results show that Nafion/SiO 2 possesses many advantages such as shorter reaction time, higher yield, smaller catalyst amount, being disposable and reusable. The optimized conditions for the reaction are amount of catalyst, 8%; reaction temperature 170 °C ; reaction time 0.8 h.
