摘    要:建立了177Lu-EDTMP放化纯度的纸色谱分析方法。以V(水)∶V(氨水)=50∶2为展开剂,WhatmanNo.540为固定相,在碱性条件下对177Lu-EDTMP和杂质177Lu3+进行分离。分析结果显示,本方法的分离度较好,177Lu3+的Rf=0,177Lu-EDTMP的Rf=0.9~1.0;方法相对标准偏差1%。本方法简便、快速,适用于177Lu-EDTMP溶液及药盒的放化纯度分析。

Abstract:The paper chromatography method for determination of 177Lu-EDTMP radiochemical purity was established.177Lu-EDTMP was separated from impurities 177Lu3+ under alkaline conditions with V(water)∶V(ammonia)=50∶2 solution as developing reagent and Whatman No.540 as stationary phase.There was a better separation using this method,the Rf of 177Lu3+ and 177Lu-EDTMP were 0 and 0.9~1.0 respectively.The relative standard deviation was less than 1%.This method was simpler,quicker and suitable for the analysis of radiochemical purity of solution and kit composed of 177Lu-EDTMP.
