| 摘 要： | 介绍了上海11.15火灾的时程及原因;为防止此类事件的发生,应严格执行《民用建筑外保温系统及外墙装饰防火暂行规定》;保温材料行业应尽快研发和生产保温性能好、防火等级高、对人体健康影响小、成本为市场接受的建筑外墙保温材料。

| Abstract: | The schedule and the reasons for the fire at November 15th in Shanghai are introduced.In order to prevent such incidents from occurring,Interim Provisions of External Wall Insulation System and the Decorative Fire should be strictly implemented.The building exterior wall material shall be researched and developed on the insulation performance,high fire rating,little impact on human health and the cost for the market acceptance as soon as possible. |
