摘    要:设计了一个具有合理激振装置的振动切纸试验台,研究了振动对切纸机裁切力的影响.对切纸机在无启动激振器和以不同频率启动激振器的情况下,对不同类型的纸张进行裁切实验.设计了数据采集系统,对切纸机在裁切过程中裁切力的幅值进行了精确采集.经过数据采集和处理,确定了最优激振频率,验证了振动裁切工艺的可行性.实验结果表明在切纸过程中增加一微幅振动,可以显著减小裁切过程中的裁切力,较大地提高裁切精度和工作效率.

Abstract:A cutting test-bed with an appropriate vibration excitation device was designed to study the vibration's influence on cutting force.Various types of paper were tested in cutting test-bed with different vi- bration parameters.Data acquisition system was also designed to collect the cutting force strength during pa- per cutting.The results showed that taking advantage of tiny vibration in the process of cutting,the strength of cutting force was significantly decreased.The optimal frequency for vibration excitation device was calcu- lated by data processing.It is feasible to make use of vibration to improve cutting accuracy and work efficien- cy in cutting technology.
