A105钢双丝埋弧焊厚板对接试验及测量系统

摘    要:介绍了焊接电流、电压、温度、变形及残余应力测量系统,建立了A105钢厚板单电源双丝埋弧焊对接试验的方案.在试验过程中,使用测量系统分别测量焊接电流、电压、温度、变形及残余应力,验证测量系统的稳定性及可靠性.结果表明,单电源双丝自动埋弧焊熔敷率高、热输入低,可满足大直径全焊接阀体球阀的制造要求.测量系统稳定,焊接试验过程获得温度、变形、电流、电压实时动态测量结果以及焊后残余应力测量的结果,为阀门的焊接、制造及设计合理的结构提供试验依据.

Abstract:The measurement systems of welding current, voltage, temperature, deformation and the residual stresses were introduced. Butt welding program of twin-wire submerged arc welding of thick A105 steel plate were designed. During welding, welding current, voltage, temperature, deformation and the residual stresses were measured by using measurement systems. The stability and reliability of measurement systems were proved. The results show that single power source twin-wire submerged arc welding, which is one of alternative methods of submerged arc welding with high deposition rate and low heat input, can meet manufacturing requirements of lange diameter full welding ball-valve. The measurement systems are stable and the results of current, voltage, temperature, deformation can be obtained by real-time dynamic measurement in welding process and the measurement of residual stress after welding provide experimental judgment for appropriate design of valve's structure.
