| 摘 要： | 在探讨全球网络准备能力指数的基础上,对部分国家的NRI排名进行了比较,着重分析了我国信息化水平的现状与存在的问题,目的在于对我国信息化水平方面存在的主要差距有一个清楚的认识,最后提出了相应对策与建议.

| Abstract: | On the basis of discussing Networked Readiness Index(NRI),a comparison is made on the NRI rank of some countries.An emphasis is laid on the present situation and problems of Chinese information technology with the aim to recognize clearly the gaps between China and advanced nations in IT field.Finally/many relevant countermeasures and proposals are put forward. |
