介绍了低温安全阀调节弹簧应具有的特性,论述了组合弹簧的结构设计和强度、干涉及稳定性等的校核方法,分析了组合弹簧与单个弹簧的参数与性能差异。

Abstract:
Adjustment spring is the key part of cryogenic safety valve,it take a important role of the valve′s function.For assuring the precision of valve,the designed size of adjustment spring overrun the standard range and the nonstandard spring is disbenefit for producing.Thus the combined spring structure is utilized to reduce the wire diameter in the improvement designing of rocket valve.The disadvantage and advantage is also contrasted between the two structures in the thesis.
