中澳规范吊车梁设计异同比较

摘    要:对澳洲西北部飓风区某露天吊车梁,从荷载工况与荷载组合、吊车荷载计算、模型模拟、节点设计及疲劳验算5方面综述澳洲吊车梁的设计思路及方法。根据澳洲钢结构规范、澳洲荷载规范、澳洲吊车梁设计手册与中国钢结构设计规范及国内钢吊车梁设计图集对中澳吊车梁设计进行比较。由于该工程结构布置方案特殊,所处地域属澳洲飓风区,又是露天工业厂房中的吊车梁,因此,在风荷载计算及节点设计上与中国传统吊车梁设计差别还是比较大的。

Abstract:It was described that the thought and method of design of Australian crane girder combined with a special open industrial factory building in Australian hurricane area from five aspects, including load case, crane loads combination, modeling, connection calculation and fatigue strength. Besides, it was also compared crane girder design parameters between Chinese and Australian relative specifications. Crane girder designs in terms of two countries'specifications were of some tiny differences while connection design and wind load design have greater differences due to environmental and structural characteristics of this project.
