箱型双向流道轴流泵装置内部流动的数值模拟和试验研究

摘    要:箱型双向流道泵装置结构简单,实用性好,然而传统的箱型双向流道泵装置存在泵装置效率较低、进水流道内易产生水下漩涡的问题,导致机组振动,危害运行安全。针对此类问题提出新型曲线扩散出水结构和进水导流墩设计方案,用于箱型双向流道泵站的更新改造。通过箱型双向流道泵装置内流场的数值模拟计算,分析了流动规律,获得了泵装置外特性曲线。同时在标准模型水泵试验台上进行了模型的性能试验,并与计算的性能曲线进行了比较,二者在高效区较为接近,说明计算可信。新的设计方案提高了泵装置效率,消除了水下漩涡,可以有效地保证泵机组运行的经济性和安全性。
